We ship via UPS to any state in the continental USA.

There is FREE standard shipping of your SHADE HAVENS® Privacy Shade Frame including Snap-On bars with Fabric Panels and Bases. Additional Fabric Panels and Indoor-Outdoor Pillows are standard shipped FREE as well.

We cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries once UPS indicates that the shipment has been delivered.

We are only able to ship UPS.

We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid delivery address entries. Please DO NOT use a P.O. box.

If you would like your order shipped with a signature required, please note that request in the comments section of your order.

Orders are not shipped with Signature Service unless requested or UPS requires it for your area.

 IMPORTANT: Special Terms Of Sale

SHADE HAVENS® Products Are Custom Furnishings, Made To Order Items, And Ineligible For Return.

Orders for your SHADE HAVENS® Privacy Shade including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels; and, Bases Production are Made to Order and begin immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They are Ineligible for Return and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed. The remaining 50% of the order amount will be charged when the Product is shipped.

Pillows and additional Fabric Panels ordered are also made to your specifications cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed. The remaining 50% of the order amount will be charged when the Product is shipped.

Eligible for Return:  SHADE HAVENS® warrants against damage in shipment and manufacturing defects.

 SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

Your SHADE HAVENS® Privacy Shade, including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels, and Bases are checked and tested before they are shipped, So it is very unlikely you will receive a Privacy Shade or Bases that are not in working order when you receive them. However, occasionally damage occurs in shipping.  When you receive your Privacy Shade, including Snap-On Bars, Fabric Panels, and Bases, you should examine them immediately and notify Customer Care of any damage or defects in workmanship. 

Please unpack and assemble your Privacy Shade immediately upon receipt. Any damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped item will be replaced if returned within 15 days from the date of receiving the order. Please call Customer Care before returning.

Replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:

1.The Privacy Shade frame including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels; and, Bases ordered must be in their original cartons, including all packaging materials.

2. Pillows and additional Fabric Panels ordered must be in their original cartons, including all packaging materials.

3.The customer is responsible for shipping and providing UPS return tracking information.

4. Claims after 15 days of delivery receipt are not eligible for return or replacement.

RETURNS

1.Your SHADE HAVENS® shipments include a packaging slip containing a Damaged or Defective Return Request Form. Please provide as much information as possible about the damage or defect. Customer Care assist you in following the instructions on the form.

2.The Privacy Shade frame, including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels, should be packed and returned in its original container, including all packing materials in order to receive a full refund. Please enclose the completed Damaged or Defective Return Request Form with your return.

3.The Bases, including grip knobs, should be packed and returned in its original container, including all packing materials in order to receive a full refund. Please enclose the completed Damaged or Defective Return Request Form with your return.

4.Pillows and additional Fabric Panels should be packed and returned in their original containers, including all packing materials in order to receive a full refund. Please enclose the completed Damaged or Defective Return Request Form with your return.

5.Customer Care will process your request and issue an RGA number. They will also provide you with return shipping instructions via email. Once you are provided with an RGA number and shipping instructions, please ship the Privacy Shade frame, Bases, pillows, or additional Fabric Panels package prepaid via UPS, insured, and retain the tracking information in case there is a problem with the return shipment. To avoid delays in issuing a replacement to you, please provide us with return tracking information so we may confirm the Product has been returned to SHADE HAVENS® by email: www.sales@SHADEhavens.com or Telephone (000) 000-0000.

Note: An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is simply a way for us to track return transactions. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number.

6.In the event you cannot bring your package to a UPS facility we will schedule a pickup. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact SHADE HAVENS® Customer Care at (000) 000-0000 to schedule a UPS Pick Up. UPS will make 3 attempts to pick up the Product. The UPS Driver will provide and apply the return label. Please package and protect your returned Privacy Shade frame, Bases, pillows, or additional Fabric Panels carefully so that damage does not occur during the return shipping.

7.The customer is solely responsible for shipping and returning Products to SHADE HAVENS®. The customer agrees to return Products at their expense via UPS that can provide proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the returned item. The customer further agrees to pay all costs associated with returning a Privacy Shade frame, Bases, pillows, or additional Fabric Panels. Please note: shipping is not refundable.

8.At SHADE HAVENS® we continuously strive to improve our quality standards. Therefore, all returns are examined by our Returns Department to confirm the return reason. Upon review, you will receive replacement parts according to our findings.

9.We’ll send replacement parts to you as soon as possible free of charge. This replacement policy ONLY covers the cost of replacing Privacy Shade component parts; a complete Privacy Shade frame, including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels; Bases; pillow covers; or additional Fabric Panels or any parts thereof, at our expense. If a complete Privacy Shade frame, including Snap-On bars and Fabric Panels, Bases, pillow covers, or additional fabric panel is required, we’ll send you a replacement acknowledgment form that must be signed and returned (by fax or email) before a replacement will be sent.
