SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE

Your SHADE HAVENS® products are custom furnishings MADE TO ORDER just for you and manufactured to give many years of satisfaction and wear. Products begin production immediately upon order receipt and are built to your specifications. Therefore, a non-refundable 50% deposit is taken when the order is placed. The remaining 50% of the order amount due is charged when the product is shipped.

SHADE HAVENS® warrants against damage in shipment and manufacturing defects.

However, WE ALLOW 72 HOURS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED, FOR AN ORDER TO BE CANCELLED. The credit card charged 50% deposit, for orders cancelled within the 72 hour timeframe, is fully refundable. Order cancellations must be submitted via phone no later than 72 hours after the order has been placed.
